When we opened Robert’s in June 2006, we had a certain idea that we could do a version of the big Maine seafood restaurant that was rooted in that tradition, but also inspired by up-to-date food trends like local farm-to-table ingredients and more inventive recipes.
We’re still searching for that ideal blend of traditional Maine, farm-to-table, and what’s best and real in new cuisine. Mostly though, we are guided by our purpose – to make guests happy!
