3S Artspace is a nonprofit alternative arts organization that combines performance space, an art gallery and Block Six restaurant. We’re dedicated to presenting and supporting bold, emerging art and entertainment and cultivating an informal space for the exchange of ideas and creativity. 3S has been years in the making, years of careful planning, collaboration and programming within our community. The idea sprang from the need to provide space for the kind of experiences that shape us all. Our home in downtown Portsmouth is a place for curious minds of all ages and backgrounds to gather, explore, cultivate new perspectives and ideas and fall in love with the experiences of eating, seeing, hearing and making, all under one roof.

With a passion for adventure and travel photography domestically, my portfolio stretches coast to coast. An active rock and ice climber, mountain biker, and SCUBA diver, I am often able to get to places that most people can’t. From sunrises atop El Capitan to wind and snow swept Mount Washington during the heart of winter, my images capture the beauty of sometimes familiar places from a unique perspective. My goal is to capture the natural beauty of the environments that I visit and the energy and passion of the people I find there. Eric McCallister is available for corporate and excutive portraits, commercial location shoots, family, senior and infant sessions, as well as weddings and event coverage.
I specialize in on-location photography of people, places and man-made spaces. A sense of place is central to my work, as highlighted in my series Grounding: Small New England Farms. I offer B2B services (architectural, editorial, corporate photography) and fine art prints for both consumers and businesses.
